Shipping Timeframe
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Delivery timelines vary based on your location and shipping method. For domestic shipments, allow 3-7 business days post-dispatch. International deliveries may require 10-20 business days, subject to customs clearance. Seasonal peaks or unforeseen events may occasionally extend these estimates, but we proactively monitor all shipments.
Shipping Costs
We offer transparent pricing with two straightforward options:
Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 for orders under $60
Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Automatically applied to orders totaling $60 or more (up to $9,999).
Note: Expedited shipping is temporarily unavailable, but we're evaluating faster solutions for future implementation.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to 50+ countries across North America, Europe, and select Asian markets. Some remote areas or islands may incur additional delivery fees. Order Tracking
Within 24 hours of dispatch, you'll receive a confirmation email containing:

Can't locate the email? Log into your account to view real-time updates under "Order History." For guest checkouts, use the tracking link sent via SMS (if mobile number was provided).
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While 98% of deliveries arrive on time, occasional delays occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues. If your package exceeds the estimated delivery window by 5+ business days, please:
1. Check tracking for any alerts
2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
3. If unresolved, email

We'll initiate a trace investigation and keep you updated every 48 hours until resolution.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by their country. These charges vary by destination and product value, typically ranging from 5-20% of the declared value. We legally cannot underdeclare values or mark shipments as "gifts." For accurate estimates:

Unclaimed packages returned due to unpaid duties will be refunded minus original shipping costs.
