Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately using the contact information provided at the bottom of this page. We recommend including your order number and the email address used to place the order in your cancellation request for faster processing.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's policies. Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process. For payments made via PayPal, refunds are usually processed within 24 hours but may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. Some financial institutions require additional time to process the refund before posting it to your account.
